探讨急性脑梗死患者动脉内介入治疗效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探究急性脑梗死患者的动脉内介入治疗效果。方法 方便选取2015年2月―2016年2月来该院治疗的86例急性脑梗死患者的一般资料，按照随机数字表法分为两组――动脉内介入治疗组（A组）和静脉溶栓组（B组），每组43例。B组在40 min内进行静脉滴入尿激酶100万U和浓度为0.9%的生理盐水150 mL；A组通过选择性进入闭塞动脉内，在40 min内注入尿激酶50万U和0.9%的生理盐水60 mL，并随时做造影了解动脉是否通畅。 结果 A组患者溶栓再通为38例，B组为30例；A组患者病情好转者为36例，B组为27例；A组患者死亡4例，B组为9例，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在急性脑梗死患者的治疗过程中，通过动脉内介入具有明显的治疗效果，值得在临床上大力推广和运用。 　　[关键词] 急性脑梗死；动脉内介入；治疗效果 　　[中图分类号] R743.33 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）01（c）-0022-03 　　Study on Effect of Intra-arterial Intervention Treatment for Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction 　　MOU Lei， XU Dong-cheng， ZHANG Meng 　　Department of Encephalopathy， Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Rizhao， Shandong Province， 276800 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the effect of intra-arterial intervention treatment for patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Convenient selection 86 cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 43 cases in each， the group B were given the intravenous perfusion of 1 million urokinase and 150 mL normal saline whose concentration was 0.9% within 40 min， and the group A were given 0.5 million urokinase and 60 mL normal saline whose concentration was s 0.9% within 40 min， and whether the artery was smooth or not was known at any moment. Results Thromblytic recanalization was in 38 cases in the group A and 30 cases in the group B， 36 cases were improved in the group A and 27 cases were improved in the group B， and 4 cases died in the group A and 9 cases died in the group B， and the differences between groups had statistical significance（P0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment course of patients with acute cerebral infarction， the intra-arterial intervention treatment has an obvious treatment effect， which is worth great promotion and application in clinic. 　　[Key words] Acute cerebral infarction； Intra-arterial inter
