As petrochina has MES / LIMS, external information systems, analytical tools, ERP and other heterogeneous systems, this involves data exchange between various systems, Web Service has its unique advantages in a variety of heterogeneous data exchange system, and the safe SOAP message can guarantee the security of Web Service data exchange, this article discusses the CRM platform’s security comprehensively from the data, platform’s software and hardware, network, environment and other aspects. The system helps petrochina to enhance the sales management level, achieve process management of customer, improve operating efficiency and reduce costs.
