I I 巩乃斯林场野菜资源调查及宽叶羊角芹 栽培技术研究 摘 要 本文通过野外观察与人工栽培相结合，以巩乃斯林场丰富的野生蔬菜为研究对象，对巩乃斯林 场的野生蔬菜种类、分布、开发利用等进行了评价，并在 2004-2007 年重点在天山中部巩乃斯林场 对宽叶羊角芹的人工栽培技术进行了研究。国内外对伞形科羊角芹属植物的研究不多，分类学方面 的研究仅限于形态学分类；对羊角芹同科近缘其他属植物的研究，已有学者对其引种栽培、化学成 分分析、药理及临床应用等方面进行了研究。 针对以上情况，为更好地保护和利用新疆高山野菜资源，通过调查研究和人工栽培管理，对宽 叶羊角芹植物学特征、生长发育特性、生境土壤的理化性质的观察和分析，探索和研究了宽叶羊角 芹人工栽培技术和繁殖技术，发现其根茎的再生能力强，抗寒性强，根茎繁殖可以快速经济地获得 大量幼苗。 本研究初步掌握了宽叶羊角芹的生物学特性、利用无性繁殖和种子繁殖进行人工栽培等方面的 内容，旨在探索宽叶羊角芹的人工栽培所需要的各种条件，并对其今后的开发提出了一些建议，以 便适应市场需要，掌握野菜种植业发展方向，为我区高山野菜的开发利用和推广提供参考。 关键词： 宽叶羊角芹（Aegopodium latifolium Turcz.）；高山野菜资源；栽培技术 II II Investigation of the Wild Vegetable Resources of Gongnaisi Woodland and Research of the Planting Technique of Aegopodium latifolium Turcz. Abstract Taking the wild vegetables growing in the Gongnaisi Woodland as the material,the category, distribution, utilization of it are evaluated recent years. The classification research of the Umbelliferae Aegopodium L. home and abroad is limited to its morphology classification, Other species in the same family are reported in the fields of the introduction and cultivation,chemistry analysis,pharmacology research and the clinical practice. To protect and use the resources of Xinjiang wild vegetables growing in alpine.The botany characteristic of Aegopodium latifolium Turcz.,growing characteristic and rationalize characteristic of growing area soil are observed and analysised and the cultivation and regeneration technique are researched,the result showed that the plant of Aegopodium latifolium Turcz. has strong cold resistance and its rhizome has strong regrow ability to obtain large quantities of seedlings. The article carry out research on the biology characteristic and the propagate characteristic of the Aegopodium latifolium Turcz. by artifical cultivation. The purpose of this article is to find the necessary situation for artifical cultivation to give some suggestions for the future research and its development.
