Add sports games in PE teaching physical education brings out the diverse, interesting, can make the students interested in sports, for easy to accept the teaching content. Sports games in the teaching can promote the development of junior high school student body function, enhance health of body and mind, make it easier for students to accept sports, is an effective method for promoting students all-round development of body and mind. This paper adopts sports games teaching method are verified through the experimental study of junior middle school sports classroom teaching effect, improve the classroom efficiency as well as the students interest in physical education, as to provide theoretical basis for junior high school physical education teaching reform. Methods:This study in suzhou park the tenth middle school the first day of class (12) and the first class (7) for the teaching objects, two classes of 20 boys and girls 20 people.
