华 华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 I I 摘 要 伴随着我国经济的持续高速增长和城市规模的不断扩大，人们因公务和生活的 出行无论在次数和距离上都较之以前有了大幅增长，城市客运交通的重要性日渐凸 现，已经成为城市居民日常生活中不可或缺的重要组成部分。城市出租车正是在这 个过程中取得了长足的发展，但诸如总量控制不合理、服务质量不高等问题也日渐 凸现，影响了行业的进一步发展。 本文以在城市公共交通系统的重要组成部分――城市出租车为研究对象，对出 租车在城市中的地位和作用，我国城市出租车行业发展现状及存在的问题进行了深 入系统地分析，并在此基础上，按照市场发展的规律，对出租车行业的“需求”和 “供给”分别进行研究，即建立出租车出行需求和出租车保有量的预测模型。“需求” 部分的研究是针对出租车交通方式的特殊性，同时考虑社会利益和个人利益，选取 合适的利益评价指标建立出租车分担率预测模型，以此得到预测结果；“供给”部分 的研究则分析了常用的基于供需平衡的出租车保有量预测方法，并提出了基于广义 回归神经网络的保有量预测方法，对网络的基本结构和预测的算法进行了深入研究， 结合算例对方法的可行性进行了验证，最后对不同方法的适应性进行了分析和总结。 在对“需求”和“供给”进行研究的基础上，同时考虑利用价格杠杆调节供需 的平衡，即对出租车价格的确定进行研究，实现对市场的有效调控。最后在介绍 SERVQUAL 评价模型的基础上，对出租车客运服务的特点进行分析，提出了应用 SERVQUAL 模型进行出租车客运服务质量评价的步骤和方法。实例通过对武汉市出 租车客运服务的调查数据进行分析评价，得到评价结果并验证模型的适用性，并以 此为依据提出出租车客运服务质量改进的对策。 本文不仅从理论上对出租车行业进行了分析，而且结合了实例进行了理论验证， 对出租车行业的发展规划及经营管理具有一定的指导意义。 关键词：出租车; 发展; 分担率; 保有量; 服务质量评价 II II Abstract With the sustained rapid growth of Chinas economy and the continued expansion of the scale of cities, people travel for business and life are more often than in the past. And the distance is longer than before, too. The importance of urban passenger transport has increased significantly. It has become an important and indispensable part of daily life of urban residents. It is taxi trade that achieved considerable development. However, many problems, such as the total number control and the quality of service, have an effect on the further development of the taxi trade. Researching into the important component of the public transport system—taxi trade, this paper analyzed deeply the status and role of taxis in the city, our country urban taxi development condition and being problems.
