I I II II 摘 要 近年来，随着城市化进程的加快，城市安全问题越来越突出，住区作为人们最基本 的生活场所，其安全问题更应受到社会各界的关注。我国现有的城市安全防卫规划体系 并不完善，特别是在城市住区层面，仅有的两个相关文件也未对其规划设计方面的犯罪 预防功能提出明确细致的规范。住区环境的安全防卫性直接影响到居民的正常生活，因 此，必须重视住区空间环境的安全性。 本文从现代住区空间环境安全防卫现状出发，分析了住区空间环境对人的心理与犯 罪动机的影响，探讨了从环境心理学方面，看人类行为与空间环境的关系，及空间环境 对犯罪动机的增大或弱化作用。结合西安市主城四个区中个别住区的实例，分析住区空 间环境分别与治安安全问题和犯罪的关系，最后提出具体的住区空间环境安全规划设计 方案。这既是全文的重点，也是要解决的问题。研究采用文献分析法、比较研究法、案 例研究法、理论结合案例法等，以住区空间环境的规划设计为切入点，试图结合具体案 例分析，提出住区空间环境安全规划的方法，为解决住区治安问题提供新思路。 关键字：住区空间环境，行为动机，空间防卫，安全规划。 Abstract In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, the urban security problem more and more serious, city residential areas frequently threatened the safety. Our countrys existing city defense system is not perfect, especially in urban residential level, the safe defense planning basic blank. At present, Chinas only two files on the design of the residential facilities and puts forward some programmatic requirements, but not to the design of residential community crime prevention function put forward clear meticulous standard, and guiding significance is not large, so as not to be strong. The safety of the residential environment in defensive directly affect peoples normal life, therefore, must pay attention to the safety of residential space environment. This article from the modern residential space environment safe defense present situation, analyzes the residential space environment on the persons psychology and the influence of the crime motive, and probes into the environmental psychology from the human behavior and space environment of the relationship, and the space environment on the increase of crime motive or weakening role. Combined with xi an urban area in four of the residential individual example, this article analyzes residential space environment respectively with the public security safety problems and the relationship between the crime, and finally puts forward some residential space environment safety planning design.
