西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 中小城镇能源体系规划方法研究 以关中地区为例 专 业：建筑与土木工程 硕 士 生：刘 昊 指导教师：李祥平 副教授 摘 要 随着城市的发展，城市化进程的不断加快，城市规模急剧扩大，随之而来的 就是城市对能源需求的快速增长。能源做为人类生存和发展的必备资源，能源体 系的良性发展也是城市正常运转的基本保障。 本文主要对中小城镇能源体系规划方法进行了研究，通过对关中地区韩城市 能源体系规划方法的探讨，得出了能源体系规划方法在中小城镇城市规划中的作 用及能源规划与城市规划协调发展的关系。 文章通过对世界能源概况的介绍和对我国能源现状与面临挑战的认识，提出 现阶段进行中小城镇能源体系规划研究的现实意义和目的。同时分析了开展能源 体系规划的必要性、约束性因素以及能源数据的处理。 本文阐述了能源体系规划在现行城市规划编制体系中的涉及与体现，明确了 能源体系规划与城市规划发展目标与形式的相互制约和影响，提出城市规划是能 源体系规划的主要载体，能源体系规划是城市规划的基础和支撑的关系。同时提 出了能源体系与城市规划协调发展的思路。从指标建立、能源预测、能源消费、 能源优化与节约等几方面，介绍了具体编制实施的过程。重点以关中地区韩城市 能源体系规划为示例，在对市域概况和能源发展现状情况进行分析的基础上，从 城市规划的视角对韩城市的能源体系规划从能源及产业分析、能源预测、能源优 化、能源消费及基础设施建设几个方面进行了初步探讨。 在本文的最后介绍了新能源的概况及开发利用情况，提出了未来城市的能源 安全问题，以期为城市能源的健康可持续发展做出展望。 关键词：中小城镇； 能源体系；规划方法；关中地区；韩城 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 Research on Planning Method for Small and Medium-Sized Towns Take Guanzhong area for example Specialty：Architecture and Civil Engineering Graduate：Liu Hao Instructor：Li Xiangping Abstract With the urban development, the urbanization speeding up, and the urban scale expanding sharply, thereupon, there is a fast increasing demand on the energy for city. As the indispensable energy for human existence and development, the benign development of energy system has been a basic guarantee for the normal urban operation. The paper mainly researches into the planning method for small and medium-sized towns. Through the investigation for that of Hancheng city in Guanzhong area, some conclusions have been drawn, what role the energy system planning method plays in the small and medium-sized cities and what the relationship is between energy planning and the urban planning coordination development. Through the introduction to the global energy situation and the knowledge of the our national energy and challenges facing us, the paper puts forward the realistic meanings and purposes for that of small and medium-sized towns at the present stage.
