护理管理在预防老年患者医院感染中临床应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究?o理管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的临床应用效果，完善护理感控管理制度，提高护理质量，减少医院感染。方法：回顾性选取本院2014年8月-2015年7月收治的采用常规护理管理的老年住院患者1038例为对照组，实施强化护理感控管理后2015年8月-2016年7月收治的老年住院患者1372例为观察组，统计分析两组住院期间医院感染发生情况。结果：观察组护理期间医院感染12例，感染率为0.87%，显著低于对照组的41例（3.95%）（P0.05）。结论：护理感控管理在预防老年患者医院感染中的临床应用效果好，特别是对神经系统、内分泌系统、消化系统、呼吸系统、心血管系统、泌尿系统疾病患者，能够促进其医院感染率的降低，提高临床护理服务质量和生活质量，值得推广。 　　【关键词】 护理管理； 老年患者； 医院感染； 临床应用 　　Clinical Research of Nursing Management on the Prevention of Hospital Infection in Elderly Patients/LIU Ning.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（16）：090-092 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the clinical application effect of nursing management on the prevention of hospital infection in elderly patients，in order to improve nursing infection control management system and the quality of nursing，reduce hospital infection.Method：A total of 1038 elderly patients who taken with routine nursing management in our department from August 2014 to July 2015 were retrospectively selected as the control group，and 1372 cases who taken with strengthening nursing management from August 2015 to July 2015 were selected as the observation group.The hospital infection rate of two groups were statistically analysed.Result：Hospital infection in the observation group were 12 case（0.87%），significantly lower than the control group of 41 cases（3.95%）（P0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical application effect of nursing infection control management on the prevention of hospital infection in elderly patients are good，especially in patients with diseases in nervous system，endocrine system，digestive system，respiratory system，cardiovascular system and urinary system disease，which can effectively promote reduction of hospital infection rate，improve the quality of clinical nursing service and quality of life，it is worthy of promoting. 　　【Key words】 Nursing management； Elderly patients； Hospital infection； Clinical application 　　First-author’s address：Heyuan People’s Hospital，Heyuan 517000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.i
