新型溶血素对血常规指标检测影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨新型溶血素对血常规指标检测的影响及其临床应用价值。 方法 从2014年2～5月来我院进行健康体检的健康人血常规样本中抽取86例作为研究样本。按照随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组，在观察组血常规样本中加入新型溶血素，在对照组血常规样本中加入传统溶血素。使用血细胞分析仪对这两种不同溶血素在两组血常规样本中的反应情况进行记录，观察分析两组血常规样本中的血红蛋白水平（Hb）、红细胞计数（RBC）、白细胞计数（WBC）及血小板计数（PLT），对数据进行t检验，确保试验结果的准确性和科学性。 结果 通过对两组血常规样本进行对比发现，观察组样本的血红蛋白水平为（129.62±7.91）g/L，对照组为（124.12±5.49）g/L，差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 在血常规指标检测中，新型溶血素比传统溶血素更安全可靠。尽管在检测过程中，采用新型溶血素进行检测的血红蛋白水平明显偏高，但能够通过相应的方法进行纠正，值得在临床上推广使用。 　　[关键词] 新型溶血素；血常规指标检测 　　[中图分类号] R446.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）12-0090-03 　　Effects of a new type hemolysin on blood routine test 　　LIU Jianguo 　　Clinical Laboratory， Yingtan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Jiangxi Province， Yingtan 335000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of a new type hemolysin on blood routine test as well as its clinical application value. Methods A total of 86 samples were selected as research samples from routine blood test samples of healthy people receiving physical examination in our hospital from February to May 2014. A new type hemolysin was added in blood samples in the observation group， and a conventional hemolysin was added in blood samples in the control group. Results According to the comparison of the routine blood test samples between the two groups， Hb level in the observation group was （129.62±7.91）g/L， and Hb level in the control group was （124.12±5.49）g/L.
