放松护理干预对高血压老年患者睡眠障碍影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨放松护理干预对高血压老年患者睡眠障碍的影响。 方法 选择本院100例老年高血压合并睡眠障碍患者，随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组给予常规护理，观察组在常规护理基础实施放松护理干预。采用睡眠状况自评量表对患者干预前后睡眠障碍情况进行评分。 结果 观察组和对照组干预后睡眠时间评分和入睡困难评分分别与干预前比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组干预后睡眠时间评分和入睡困难评分与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 放松护理干预有助于改善高血压老年患者的睡眠障碍，护理效果显著。 　　[关键词] 高血压；睡眠障碍；放松训练 　　[中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0145-02 　　The influence of relaxation nursing intervention on elderly patients with hypertension complicated with sleep disorders 　　ZHAO Ying-ge 　　The Third Department of Medicine，People′s Hospital of Tanghe County of Nanyang City in Henan Province，Tanghe 473400，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the influence of relaxation nursing intervention on hypertension complicated with sleep disorders.Methods One hundred cases with hypertension and sleep disorders were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group.Routine nurse was given to the control group，and relaxation training of nursing intervention was used to the observation group.The self-rating scale of sleep was used to evaluate the sleep state before and after the intervention.Results The scores of sleep time and sleep difficulties in the observation group and the control group after the intervention respectively compared with before intervention，there was statistical difference （P0.05）.The scores of sleep time and sleep difficulties in the observation group after the intervention compared with that in the control group after intervention，there was statistical difference （P0.05）.Conclusion Relaxation training of nursing intervention can improve the sleep disorders of patients with high pressure，and the nursing effect is significant. 　　[Key words] Hypertension；Sleep disorder；Relaxation training 　　随着老龄化社会到来，老年高血压患者数量不断增加。长期高血压可导致相关并发症发生，如高血压脑病、高血压心脏病、高血压肾病等，有效控制血压有助于减少并发症的发生。在老年高血压患者中，合并有睡眠障碍的病例较多，而睡眠障碍会影响血压，导致控制血压的相关治疗效果不佳。在高血压患者治疗过程中，改善此类患者睡眠状态有助于控制患者的血压，所以在高血压睡眠障碍患者中进行有效的护理干预十分必要。本文观察放松护理训练对高血压患者的影响，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.
