ABSTRACR 摘要 摘 要 近年来,InGaN基白光LED因为其出色的发光性质在照明世界中被广泛应用。传统的白光产生方式是由InGaN基蓝光芯片激发黄色荧光粉产生白光,但是这种白光光谱中的红色光的缺失造成该白光的色温高、显色性能差,因此,为了获得高显色性低色温的白光,红色荧光粉被应用于白光LED中。Eu2+激活的氮化物红色荧光粉可以被蓝光或紫外光有效激发,发射出590-680nm的红光。这种荧光粉具有出色的温度特性和化学稳定性,且波长可调范围广、发光效率高,从而吸引了越来越多的关注。 白光LED是一种符合环保和节能的绿色照明光源,而红色荧光粉的性能对白光LED的显色指数及色温的影响极其显著。氮化物体系红色荧光粉是一种非常优质的LED用荧光粉。介绍了氮化物红色荧光粉的研究现状、晶体结构、主要的制备方法,针对目前还存在的一些问题,指出了今后的研究方向。 关键词:氮化物 荧光粉 发光 白光LED CaAlSiN3：Eu2+ ABSTRACT ABSTRACT InGaN-based white LED is widely applied in the lighting world for its excellent Luminescent properties.The traditional white light conslsts of a high performance blue led and yellow PhosPhor, but the white light sPeetrum Produeed by this way lacks red 1ight and caused high color temperature and poor eolor performance. Therefore,in order to meet the LED needs of high CRI (color rendering index) and low color temperature, red phosphors are applied to white LED. Eu2+ aetivated nitride red phosphor can be effectively excited by ultraviolet or blue light and emit 590-68Onm red 1ight. This phosphor not only has excellent thermal stability and chemical stability, but also has wide emission wavelength range and high luminous effieiency, for which attracted more and more attention. White LED is a kind of environmental and energy-saving green lighting. However the performance of the red emitting phosphor can affect the color rending index and the color temperature of the white LED extremely. And the nitride or oxynitride red phosphor is a very high-quality kind for the white LED. The present research situa-tion, crystal structure, primary preparation technology of the nitride and oxynitride red phosphors are introduced. For the existing problems in the research, the new research direction is pointed out.
