无痛分娩中护理干预探讨 　　【摘要】目的探讨护理干预在无痛分娩中的应用价值。 方法将无痛分娩的产妇580例随机分为实验组和对照组。将290例无痛分娩产科常规护理并给予护理干预的产妇为实验组。290例无痛分娩产科常规护理的产妇作为对照组。观察两组产程进展、疼痛程度、分娩并发症、产后母乳喂养率及产后抑郁的发生情况。结果与对照组比较,实验组通过护理干预产程明显缩短、疼痛程度减轻、分娩并发症明显减少、产后母乳喂养成功率显著增高、产后抑郁情况明显减少,两组有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论无痛分娩配合护理干预可使产程明显缩短、疼痛程度明显减轻、分娩并发症明显减少、能提高母乳喂养率、并使产后抑郁发生率明显降低,值得临床推广应用。 　　【关键词】无痛分娩护理干预临床应用 　　中国图分类号:R473.71文献标识码:B 文章编号:1005-0515(2010)08-003-02 　　In the painless childbirth nurses the intervention the discussion 　　 SunHao 　　 Shandong Province Tengzhou mother and child care courtyard 277500 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveDiscussion nursing intervention in painless childbirth application value.
