无痛分娩护理中责任助产和整体护理模式效果观察 　　【摘 要】目的：研究无痛分娩护理中责任助产和整体护理模式的效果观察。方法：选取88例选择无痛分娩产妇作为研究对象，抽取44例作为对照组，另根据配对原则抽取44例作为观察组。对照组采取常规护理，观察组采取整体护理模式干预的同时，给予责任助产士进行助产。对比自然分娩率、不良反应发生率、产程时间、产后出血反应及干预前后焦虑抑郁评分、睡眠质量评分、生活质量评分。结果：观察组自然分娩率高于对照组，不良反应发生率少于对照组、产程时间及产后出血量均少于对照组，对比差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。干预后，观察组均优于对照组，对比差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：无痛分娩护理中责任助产和整体护理模式干预具有显著效果，可缩短产程时间，减少产后出血量，且预后效果良好，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】无痛分娩；责任助产；整体护理；焦虑抑郁评分；睡眠质量评分；生活质量评分 　　Observation on the effect of responsibility and holistic nursing mode in painless childbirth nursing. 　　Yang pei zhou lijuan.（Chengdu wenjiang district peoples hospital sichuan chengdu 611130.） 　　Abstract Objective： To study the effect of the responsibility midwifery and holistic nursing mode in painless delivery nursing. Methods： 88 patients were selected as the study subjects， 44 were selected as control group， and 44 were selected as observation group. In the control group， routine nursing was adopted， while the observation group was involved in the holistic nursing mode， while the responsible midwife was given the midwife.
