早产儿出院随访干预中应用效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析研讨早产儿出院后随访管理以及早期干预对其生长发育的影响。方法 采取随机抽签法，从该院2015年11月―2016年10月期间收治的早产儿中，方便抽取58例到此讨论中，按照入院单双顺序分两组，29例对照组（予以出院指导，定期复诊）和29例研究组（采取随访管理和早期干预），将两组早产儿发育状况、家长健康知识掌握状况纳入对比研讨中。结果 研究组的家长在生长发育知识（93.70%）、生活护理（93.10%）、喂养知识（100.00%）、常见问题处理（89.66%）、预防接种（100.00%）方面掌握率均比对照组（62.07%、65.52%、72.41%、65.52%、72.41%）高，组间数据差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 将随访管理和早期干预应用于早产儿出院随访干预中，可提高早产儿家长对早期护理干预知识的进一步掌握，从而促进了早产儿的智能和身体的发育，值得临床应用及推广。 　　[关键词] 早产儿；随访管理；出院；早期干预；效果 　　[中图分类号] R47 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（b）-0162-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the follow-up management of premature infants and effect of early intervention on the growth. Methods Convenient selection 58 cases of premature infants admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2015 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order with 29 cases in each， the control group adopted the discharge guidance and regular subsequent visit， while the research group adopted the follow-up management and early intervention， and the development and mastery of health knowledge of parents were studied. Results The master rate of development， living nursing， feeding knowledge， common problems handing and vaccination in the research group were higher than those in the control group（93.10%， 93.10%， 100.00%， 89.66%， 100.00% vs 62.07%，65.52%，72.41%， 65.52%， 72.41%）， and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.
