早期胃癌临床病理特征与淋巴结转移相关分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨早期胃癌所具有的临床病理特征，并分析临床病理特征和淋巴结转移之间的相关性。 方法 择取2011年1月～2012年1月于本院治疗的160例早期胃癌患者，全部经过病理诊断确诊。按照术后是否发生淋巴结转移来分组：发生淋巴结转移的80例患者为研究组，未发生淋巴结转移的80例患者为对照组。分析两组患者之间存在的差异因素，并对比两组患者的5年存活率。 结果 两组患者在肿瘤体积、组织学分型、肿瘤浸润程度、脉管侵犯程度上有明显的差异，可见上述因素与淋巴结转移之间存在着一定的联系；而就5年存活率而言，对照组为97.50%（78/80），研究组为87.50%（70/80），研究组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 早期胃癌的预防关键在于可以提前掌握具体的高危因素，临床可以基于早期胃癌的临床病理特征来分析其与淋巴结转移之间的关系，进???延长患者的生存期。 　　[关键词] 早期胃癌；临床病理特征；淋巴结转移；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）11-0094-03 　　Correlative analysis of clinicopathological features and lymph node metastasis in early gastric cancer 　　Li Dandan 　　Department of Pathology， Zaozhuang Mining Group，Tengnan Hospital， Ji’ning 277606， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinicopathological features of early gastric cancer and to analyze the correlation between clinicopathological features and lymph node metastasis. Methods 160 patients with early gastric cancer treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected， all through the pathological diagnosis of positive results. The patients were divided into two groups.80 patients with lymph node metastases were included in the study group and 80 patients without lymph node metastasis were included in the control group. The differences between the two groups were analyzed and the five-year survival rate was compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences in tumor volume， histological type， degree of tumor infiltration and degree of vascular invasion between the two groups. And it could be learned that there was a certain relationship between the above factors and lymph node metastasis. In terms of the five-year survival rate， the control group was 97.50% （78/80）， higher than 87.50% （70/80） of the study group， with statistical difference（P0.05）. Conclusion The key to the prevention of early gastric cancer is grasping the specific risk factors in advance.The clinicopathological features of early gast
