氧气雾化吸入中药在婴幼儿手足口病治疗中应用研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨氧气雾化吸入中药在婴幼儿手足口病治疗中的应用效果。方法：随机抽取笔者所在医院2014年8-12月收治的3岁内手足口病患儿120例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。两组均接受常规西医治疗，观察组同时给予氧气雾化吸入清热、解毒、利湿中药治疗。结果：观察组患儿发热持续时间、口腔疱疹消失时间、EV71转阴时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组（P0.05）。结论：手足口病治疗中加用氧气雾化吸入中药比单纯应用常规西医治疗效果好，较口服给药，患儿易于接受、治疗依从性提高，护士工作量减轻，工作效率提高。 　　【关键词】 手足口病； 婴幼儿； 氧气雾化吸入； 中药 　　中图分类号 R725.1 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）7-0010-03 　　The Application Study about Oxygen Atomization Inhalation of the Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Infants with Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease/XIONG Ying，YE Ling，PENG Wei，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（7）：10-12 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the application effect of oxygen atomization inhalation of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infants with hand-foot-mouth disease.Method：120 infants under 3 years old with hand-foot-mouth disease were randomly collected from August to December 2014 in our hospital.They were randomly divided into the control group（n=60） and the observation group（n=60）.The two groups both received conventional western medicine treatment， as the same time，the observation group were given oxygen atomization inhalation chinese medicine which can generate the effects of clearing heat，detoxification and eliminating dampness.Result：The time of fever duration，oral herpes disappearance，EV71 clearance and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：There is a better therapy effect for hand-foot-mouth disease plus oxygen atomization inhalation chinese medicine than merely application of conventional western medicine.Comparing with oral medicine，it is easy to be accepted and can improve treatment adherence，reduce the workload of nurses and improve the working efficiency. 　　【Key words】 Hand-foot-mouth disease； Infants； Oxygen atomization inhalation； Traditional Chinese medicine 　　First-author’s address：The Fourth People’s Hospital of Yiyang，Yiyang 413000，China
