Taking the application and practice of peer inspection before the first loading of nuclear power plant unit as the research object， the general situation of the application of peer inspection before the first loading of the nuclear power plant unit and the standards of the inspection before loading are analyzed. Through induction and comprehensive analysis， the paper puts forward the analysis and summary of the problems found in the process of peer inspection of the first loading of nuclear power plant units.
