This paper defines the “organ-system” main line of the basic medical curriculum integration program of the clinical medicine through questionnaires and investigation of experts with constantly adjusting the integration program. Then， integrate curriculum of basic medical course and lectures is changed into 6 course modules from the 18 basic medical courses. Initial implementation of the basic medical curriculum integration program can effectively improve the learning efficiency of teaching quality faculty and students. This implementation helps students learn thinking， ideas and trends in line with modern medical education gradually form an overall system. Meanwhile， process evaluation and outcome evaluation of the basic medical curriculum integration program is used to prove its rationality and effectiveness. 　　[Key words] Medical
