毓麟珠合寿胎丸对激素替代周期冻融胚胎移植妊娠率影响临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探?毓麟珠合寿胎丸对激素替代周期（HRT）冻融胚胎移植妊娠率的影响。 方法 选取100例行HRT冻融胚胎移植术患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。两组患者冻融胚胎移植内膜准备方案相同，治疗组在上述基础上，于移植前3 d起口服中药毓麟珠合寿胎丸方治疗至移植后12 d，研究两组患者的妊娠率、生化妊娠率、异位妊娠率、临床妊娠率及移植术后第4天孕酮水平、雌二醇水平、孕酮/雌二醇比值、子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流参数PI、RI值，并进行两组间各项指标比较。 结果 治疗组临床妊娠率显著高于对照组（P0.05）；治疗组子宫内膜螺旋动脉血流PI、RI值均显著低于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 毓麟珠合寿胎丸可通过改善子宫内膜血供途径，提高HRT冻融胚胎移植患者子宫内膜容受性，进而提高HRT冻融胚胎移植妊娠率，临床应用前景广阔。 　　[关键词] 毓麟珠；寿胎丸；冻融胚胎移植；妊娠率 　　[中图分类号] R271.9；R249 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）33-0128-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of Yulinzhu combined with Shoutai pill on pregnancy rate of hormone replacement cycle（HRT） frozen-thawed embryo transplantation. Methods A total of 100 patients who were given HRT frozen-thawed embryo transplantation were selected as research subjects and divided into treatment group and control group by random number table， with 50 patients in each group. The preparation protocol of frozen-thawed embryo transfer intima was the same in the two groups of patients. On the above basis， the treatment group was orally administered with Yulinzhu combined with Shoutai pill 3 days before the transplantation until 12 days after transplantation. The pregnancy rate， biochemical pregnancy rate， ectopic pregnancy rate， clinical pregnancy rate and the level of progesterone， estradiol， progesterone/estradiol ratio， endometrial thickness， PI and RI values of the spiral arterial blood flow in the endometrium on the fourth day after transplantation were investigated in the two groups， and the indices were compared between the two groups. Results The clinical pregnancy rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P0.05）； PI and RI values in the endometrial spiral arteries in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Yulinzhu combined with Shoutai pill can improve the endometrial receptivity of the patients receiving HRT frozen-thawed embryo
