PAGE 精品 摘 要 企业是国民经济的支柱，企业的发展状况决定着国民经济和社会能否稳定发展。而企业财务则是企业的命脉，企业财务状况的好坏直接影响到企业的生存和发展。随着市场经济的深入进行，我国企业在改革和发展过程中面临着越来越多、越来越复杂的财务风险。这些风险给企业经营造成了极大的冲击，并直接影响到整个国家的经济发展和社会稳定。研究企业财务风险的控制与防范问题，对于推进企业制度的建立和完善，保障企业更好的生存与发展，从而促进我国国民经济的健康、可持续发展，具有明显现实意义和一定的学术价值。本文是以企业财务风险为研究对象，从财务风险的基本理论入手，研究企业财务风险的控制与防范问题。首先，从财务风险的识别入手对财务风险的控制的必要性与可行性进行了分析；其次，对企业财务风险的各种处理方法可能存在的问题进行了分析；最后，提出了企业财务风险防范的对策。通过对企业可能发生的财务风险进行分析，使企业能够及时有效地对财务风险进行预防和控制，把财务风险降到最低。 关键词：财务风险；风险识别；风险控制与防范  Abstract Is the enterprise the national economy prop, whether enterprises development condition is deciding the national economy and the social steady progression. But the business finance is enterprises life, business finance condition quality immediate influence to enterprises survival and development. Along with market economys thorough advance, Our country Enterprise in reforms and in the developing process faces are being getting more and more, more and more complex financial risk. These risks managed for the enterprise have had the enormous impact, and immediate influence to entire national economic development and social stability. Research business finance risk control and guard question, regarding advancement enterprise systems establishment and consummation, safeguard enterprise better survival and development, thus promotes our country national economy health, the sustainable development, has the obvious practical significance and certain academic value. This article is take the business finance risk as the object of study, obtains from financial risks elementary theory, research business finance risk control and guard question.
