消肿定痛膏外敷治疗痛风性关节炎临床观察 　　[摘要] 目的:使用我院自制剂消肿定痛膏局部外敷治疗痛风性关节炎,观察疗效。方法:治疗组在患处外敷骨科消肿止痛膏,用绷带固定,每隔24 h更换药膏,连用4 d,观察疗效。对照组口服秋水仙碱片每隔1 h服1片,连服6片后停药3 d,待不良反应减轻后改为每次0.5 mg,每天3次,共7 d,观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.1%,对照组为94.1%,两组比较,无显著性差异(P0.05);两组关节红肿缓解情况比较,治疗组缓解明显,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P0.05);两组关节疼痛缓解情况比较,治疗组止痛效果明显,与对照组比较,有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:消肿定痛膏用于外敷治疗痛风性关节炎疗效显著,治疗时间短,无明显毒副作用。 　　[关键词] 消肿定痛膏;秋水仙碱;外敷;痛风性关节炎 　　[中图分类号] R589.7 [文献标识码] A[文章编号]1673-7210(2010)03(a)-070-02 　　 　　Clinical observation onXiaozhong-Dingtong Pastein the treatment of gouty arthritis by external applications 　　LIAO Lijin, HUANG Xia, PANG Weiming, HONG Jiamo 　　(No.2 Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Zhanjiang, Zhanjiang 524013, China) 　　[Abstract] Objective: To use the self-made Xiaozhong-Dingtong paste to treat gouty arthritis by local external application, observing and contrasting the curative effect. Methods: Treated group, applied the Xiaozhong-Dingtong paste to the affected area externally and then hold it with bandage, changed the plaster every 24 hours, for 4 days, observing the curative effect.Control group, colchicine pills were taken orally, one pill a time every one hour, did not take it again after taking 6 pills for 3 days, instead, took it 0.5 mg a time, 3 times a day, for 7 days after the adverse reactions alleviated, and then observed the curative effect.
