温胆汤加减治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征临床探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨温胆汤加减治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征的临床疗效。 方法 整群选取该院2014年8月―2015年9月收治的63例原发性纤维肌痛综合征患者进行研究，并随机分成治疗组和对照组，治疗组30例，对照组33例。治疗组给予温胆汤加减治疗，对照组给予普瑞巴林治疗。比较两组治疗前后痛点个数、疼痛程度变化及临床总疗效。 结果 治疗组有效率86.67%，对照组有效率为60.00%%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组治疗后痛点个数及疼痛程度均有改善明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 温胆汤治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征疗效好，不良反应小，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 温胆汤；纤维肌痛综合征；临床观察 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（b）-0178-03 　　Clinical Observation on Wendan Decoction in Treatment of Primary Fibromyalgia Syndrome 　　YANG Ke-qin 　　Department of rheumatism and immunology， Taizhou Fourth Peoples Hospital，Taizhou，Jiangsu Province，225300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of wendan decoction in treatment of primary fibromyalgia syndrome. Methods 63 cases of patients with primary fibromyalgia syndrome treated in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2015 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group （30 cases） and control group （33 cases）， the treatment group were given wendan decoction treatment， the control group were given pregabalin treatment， the pain points， pain degree changes and clinical total curative effects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results The effective rate was 86.67% in the treatment group and 60.00% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）；both the pain point number and the pain degree in the treatment group were improved and obviously better than those in the control group（P0.05）， and the difference was statistically significant.
