温针灸在治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎中疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨温针灸在治疗寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎中的优势作用。 方法 方便选取该院2015年4月―2016年11月期间收治的72例寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎患者，作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组（温针灸）和对照组（常规针灸方法）各36例，比较两组患者的治疗恢复效果。 结果 与治疗前相比，两组患者的膝关节功能得以显著恢复，其膝关节疼痛程度显著改善。治疗后与对照组相比，观察组患者的治疗有效率（94.44%86.11%）和Lysholm膝关节评分[（89.73±4.38）分（75.42±4.48）分]相对更高，疼痛VAS评分[（2.75±0.84）分（4.64±1.15）分]相对更低，对比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 寒湿型膝关节骨性关节炎患者的温针灸治疗效果显著，能够有效减轻患者的痛苦，促进其关节功能的恢复，更好的维护患者的身体健康，保障其生活质量。 　　[关键词] 温针灸；寒湿型；膝关节骨性关节炎；疗效 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）09（c）-0170-03 　　Analysis of Curative Effect of Needle Warming Moxibustion in Treatment of Cold-dampness Knee Joint Osteoarthritis 　　WU Cong-sheng 　　Department of Rehabilitation， Yunxiao Hospital， Zhangzhou， Fujian Province， 363300 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the advantage of needle warming moxibustion in treatment of cold-dampness knee joint osteoarthritis.
