甘油三酯对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素用量影响 　　[摘要] 目的 研究应用胰岛素降血糖治疗的2型糖尿病患者血甘油三酯对胰岛素用量影响。方法 选取华北理工大学附属医院内分泌科2016年5月―2017年6月收治的140例院外应用胰岛素降血糖治疗且血糖控制差的2型糖尿病患者，其中78例为高甘油三酯水平患者，为高甘油三酯组，62例为甘油三酯水平正常患者为正常甘油三酯组，比较两组间血脂水平、空腹及餐后2 h血糖水平、C肽水平、胰岛素水平、出入院胰岛素用量及一般情况的差异。结果 高甘油三酯组出院胰岛素用量，入院胰岛素用量、糖化血红蛋白、总胆固醇、空腹胰岛素水平、餐后2 h胰岛素水平、空腹血糖、餐后血糖高于正常甘油三酯水平组；高常甘油三酯组内经饮食运动控制人数低于正常甘油三酯组。 结论 2型糖尿病合并高甘油三酯血症患者胰岛素用量、空腹及餐后2 h胰岛素、血糖水平明显高于2型糖尿病正常高甘油三酯水平患者。 　　[关键词] 2型糖尿病；胰岛素用量；甘油三酯 　　[中图分类号] R587.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）10（a）-0020-03 　　Effect of Triglyceride on the Insulin Dosage of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes 　　ZHAO Ai-ping1， WANG Jian-rong2， WEI Jian-fen3， JIN Xiu-ping3， WU Nai-jun3 　　1.Department of Endocrinology， Zunhua People’s Hospital， Zunhua， Hebei Province， 064200 China；2.Department of Internal Medicine， Luannan Bencheng Hospital， Luannan， Hebei Province， 063500 China；3.Department of Endocrinology， Affiliated Hospital of North China Polytechnic University， Tangshan， Hebei Province， 063000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of triglyceride on the insulin dosage of patients with type 2 diabetes.
