神阙穴麝香保心丸贴敷对心脏起搏器术后腹胀疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 观察神阙穴麝香保心丸贴敷对心脏起搏器术后腹胀的疗效分析。 方法 选择2015年5月～2017年2月在浙江中医药大学附属第二医院心内科植入永久人工心脏起搏器患者46例，将46例心脏起搏器患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组24例，对照组22例。两组均按照起搏器术后常规处理，治疗组于术后给予麝香保心丸神阙穴贴敷。观察两组患者术后首次排气时间，测量患者腹围，询问患者自我感受并进行腹胀分级。 结果 治疗组术后首次排气时间早于对照组，治疗组术后患者出现腹胀程度小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 神阙穴麝香保心丸贴敷能减轻起搏器术后腹胀，具有良好的安全性和可行性。 　　[关键词] 神阙穴；麝香保心丸；心脏起搏器；腹胀 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2018）03-0120-04 　　Analysis on the curative effect of Shenque point patch by Shexiang Baoxin pills on abdominal distension after cardiac pacemaker surgery 　　HE Mingli WANG Wei YI Hongmei LU Lilan 　　Department of Cardiology， the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University， Hangzhou 310005， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the curative effect of Shenque point patch by Shexiang Baoxin pills on abdominal distension after cardiac pacemaker surgery. Methods 46 patients who were implanted with permanent artificial cardiac pacemaker in the Department of Cardiology in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University from May 2015 to February 2017 were selected. 46 patients with pacemaker were divided into treatment group and control group， with 24 patients in the treatment group and 22 patients in the control group. Both groups were given routine treatment after pacemaker surgery. The treatment group was given Shenque point patch by Shexiang Baoxi pills after surgery. The first exhaust time was observed in both groups. The abdominal circumference was measured， and the patients were asked for their own feeling. The abdominal distention was graded. Results The first exhaust time after the surgery in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group. The degree of abdominal distension was lower in the treatment group than that in the control group after the surgery， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
