磁性服务对白内障患者护理干预效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究讨论在白内障患者的护理中实施磁性服务护理的护理效果。方法：选择2015年1月-2016年2月于本院就诊的白内障患者600例，所有患者按照随机数字表法分配为试验组和参考组，各300例。两组患者均行传统常规护理，试验组患者在此基础上行磁性服务护理。护理后对患者发放问卷调查（回收率为100%），对两组患者在护理过程中的护理依从性情况进行评分，并统计患者对护理人员的护理满意度，比较两组的评分和护理满意情况。结果：试验组的合理饮食、眼睛清理的、按医嘱服药、定期复诊等相关护理依从性评分均低于参考组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。试验组的护理满意率为92.33%，明显高于参考组的71.67%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在白内障患者的护理过程中进行磁性服务，能够提高患者对护理过程中的依从度，并提高患者对医院护理服务的认可，具有临床应用价值，在临床上可以大幅度推广。 　　【关键词】 磁性服务； 白内障患者； 护理干预效果； 分析 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the nursing effect of magnetic service nursing in cataract patients.Method：A total of 600 cataract patients were randomly selected from January 2015 to February 2016，all patients were assigned to the test group and the reference group according to the random number table method，300 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were routinely treated with routine care，while the patients in the test group were treated with magnetic care on this basis.Nursing care of patients after questionnaire survey （recovery rate 100%），score of the two groups of patients in the nursing process in nursing compliance，and statistics of patients to nursing staff of nursing satisfaction score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result：The reasonable diet，eye cleanup，medication according to doctor’s advice，regular referral and other related care compliance of the test group，were all lower than the reference group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The nursing satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 92.33%，significantly higher than that of the reference group （71.67%），and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion：Magnetic service in the process of nursing of cataract patients，can improve patient compliance of the nursing process，and improve the patient to nursing service recognition，has clinical application value，can be greatly promoted in clinical practice. 　　【Key words】 Magnetic service； Cataract patients； Nursing Intervention effect；
