电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机在急诊中毒患者洗胃中应用 　　[摘要]目的 探究电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机在急诊中毒患者洗胃中的应用。方法 选择2016年1月～2017年1月我院收治的100例急诊中毒患者，采取随机方法分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组采取人工插胃管洗胃，观察组采取电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机进行洗胃，比较两组患者洗胃操作时间、临床症状缓解时间、洗胃液残留量、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组患者洗胃操作时间、临床症状缓解时间、洗胃液残留量、住院时间均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患者不良反应总发生率（胃管堵塞、误吸、窒息、洗出血性液体）4.00%，低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 采用电动吸痰机联合全自动洗胃机对急诊中毒患者进行洗胃，能够有效缩短患者洗胃时间及住院时间，能有效降低不良反应发生情况，值得在临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]电动吸痰机；全自动洗胃机；急诊中毒；洗胃 　　[中图分类号] R473.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）10（a）-0021-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the application of electric suction machine combined with automatic gastric lavage in gastric lavage in emergency poisoning patients.Methods From January 2016 to January 2017，100 patients with emergency poisoning were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group，with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with artificial gastric lavage.The observation group was treated with electric suction machine automatic gastric lavage gastric lavage，compared the two groups of patients with gastric lavage operation time，clinical symptoms of remission time，gastric lavage residue，length of stay and adverse reactions occurred.Results The time of gastric lavage operation，the remission time of clinical symptoms，the residual amount of gastric lavage fluid and the length of hospital stay were better than those of the control group （P0.05）.The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group （gastric tube blockage，aspiration，asphyxia，wash bleeding liquid）4.00%，lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The use of electric suction machine combined with automatic gastric lavage machine in patients with emergency poisoning gastric lavage，can effectively shorten the time of gastric lavage and hospital stay，and can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions to the situation，it is worthy of widespread use. 　　[Key words]Electric suction machine；Automatic gastric lavage；Emergency poisoning；Gastric lavage 　　急?\中毒是
