癫痫儿童焦虑抑郁情绪评定与共患病临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：通过不同情绪测试量表，探讨癫痫患儿心理障碍问题，为癫痫儿童共患精神疾病的诊断与治疗提供依据。方法：选取2012年 　　9月-2015年12月青岛大学医学院附属医院收治的确诊为癫痫的儿童共100例作为癫痫组；选取同期来医院就诊治疗的非癫痫儿童100例作为对照组，均为非神经系统疾病患儿。采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）及专门针对儿童的焦虑抑郁量表对癫痫患儿进行测试，并且对儿童多动症（ADHD）进行诊断记录。结果：癫痫组患儿的HAMA及HAMD总分均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；癫痫组HAMA总分≥14分及HAMD总分≥20分的患儿比例均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；癫痫组抑郁症状≥13分、焦虑≥15分及共患ADHD的患儿比例均显著高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：癫痫患儿出现精神异常的比例高于非癫痫患儿，采用各种不同量表均能对癫痫患儿的情绪进行评定，临床对癫痫患儿的诊断与治疗应重视对儿童情绪的控制。 　　【关键词】 癫痫； 儿童； 焦虑； 抑郁； 情绪； 评定； 共患病 　　中图分类号 R742.1 文献标识码 A 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）15-0004-03 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the psychological disorders of children with epilepsy through different emotions test scales in order to provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment of children with epilepsy comorbid psychiatric disorders.Method：A total of 100 children with epilepsy in the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University from September 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the epilepsy group.One hundred cases of non epileptic patients in our hospital at the same period were selected as the control group.The hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA），hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD） and anxiety and depression scale for children were used to test the epileptic children，and the attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD） was diagnosed and recorded.Result：The total scores of HAMD and HAMA of the epilepsy group were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The proportions of children with HAMA more than or equal to 14 points and HAMD more than or equal to 20 points in the epilepsy group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The proportions of children with depressive symptom more than or equal to 13 points，anxiety more than or equal to 15 points and ADHD in the epilepsy group were higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Co
