社区综合护理干预对提高社区慢性病患者生活质量作用 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨社区综合护理干预对提高社区慢性病患者生活质量的作用。 方法 以本辖区100例慢性病患者为研究对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，所有患者均积极治疗原发病，观察组患者在此基础上增加社区综合护理干预项目，比较两组患者心理症状、健康教育效果、治疗依从性和生活质量。 结果 观察组患者心理症状水平低于对照组，健康教育效果、治疗依从性和生活质量高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 社区综合护理干预可以有效提高社区慢性病患者的生活质量，改善其心理症状，提高其对疾病的认知水平，增强治疗依从性。 　　[关键词] 护理干预；慢性病；生活质量 　　[中图分类号] R473.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（c）-0128-03 　　The effect analysis of comprehensive nursing intervention in the development of life quality among the community patients with chronic disease 　　WEI Li-ping CAI Xiao-meng 　　The Community Center of the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University， Guangzhou 510700，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the development of life quality among the community patients with chronic disease. Methods 100 patients with chronic disease were divided into observation group and control group. All patients were given conventional treatment and nursing， and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis. The psychological symptoms， health education effect， treatment adherence， and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The psychological symptoms of the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The health education effect， treatment adherence， and quality of life of the observation group was higher than that in the control group， the difference was all significant （P0.05）.
