磁性附着体在口腔修复中应用价值 　　 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 评价磁性附着体在口腔修复中的临床疗效，以探讨其临床适用性。 方法 选择2010年3月～2014年3月于本院就诊的76例牙列缺损行覆盖义齿修复的患者，观察通过磁性附着体修复后固定力和咀嚼效率的改变情况，同时对语言功能影响、义齿外观及舒适程度方面进行满意度评价，记录治疗过程中出现的不良反应情况。 结果 患者磁性附着体修复后固定力明显增大，与磁性附着体修复前比较，差异有统计学意义（t=70.5469，P=0.0000）；患者磁性附着体修复后咀嚼效率也明显增大，差异有统计学意义（t=11.4814，P=0.0000）；患者磁性附着体修复后舒适度评分增加，差异有统计学意义（t=2.3352，P=0.0209）；患者磁性附着体修复后外观满意度也明显增大，与磁性附着体修复前比较，差异有统计学意义（t=5.2393，P=0.0000）；患者磁性附着体修复后语音评价增加，差异有统计学意义（t=3.4738，P=0.0007）；76患者磁性附着体修复后出现牙龈炎1例，根面龋2例，义齿折裂1例，未出现修复体脱落现象，不良反应发生率仅为5.3%。 结论 磁性附着体在口腔修复中有效，可以增强固定力，提高咀嚼效率，修复后患者的满意度比较高，安全性好，适合临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 磁性附着体；口腔修复；固定力和咀嚼效率 　　[中图分类号] R782[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（c）-0046-03 　　 　　Application value of magnetic attachment in oral cavity repair 　　XIAO Xiao-qing 　　Department of Stomatology,Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Wanan County in Jiangxi Province,Wanan 343800,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of magnetic attachment in oral cavity repair,to explore the clinical applicability.
