种植钉压低磨牙对不同垂直骨面型影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨种植钉压低磨牙对不同垂直骨面型病例骨骼和软组织的影响。 方法 回顾性研究浙江大学医学院附属口腔医院2007年11月～2014年1月正畸科需压低过长磨牙的病例，以SN-MP≥38°、29°SN-MP38°、SN-MP≤29°划分为高角、均角和低角病例，采用Win Cehp 8.0软件测量磨牙压低前后颌骨和软组织的相关指标，比较不同垂直骨面型病例在磨牙压低前后骨骼和软组织侧貌的变化。 结果 高角病例在磨牙压低后，SNB角显著增大、ANB角显著减小，下颌平面角由术前（43.42±3.63）°减小至（40.42±3.40）°（P0.05）。同时面凸角减小，Z角增大，患者软组织侧貌改善。均角和低角组病例在磨牙压低前后，骨骼和软组织相关数据无显著性差异。 结论 采用微种植体支抗能实现磨牙压低，在高角病例中下颌骨逆时针旋转，颏部前上移位，软组织侧貌改善。低角、均角病例在磨牙压低前后，颌骨和软组织无显著变化，这主要是由于不同垂直骨面型病例在咀嚼肌、骨质密度和上下颌骨的发育各方面存在差异。 　　[关键词] 微种植钉； 垂直骨面型； 磨牙压低 　　[中图分类号] R783.5 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2014）33-0027-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To probe the effects of planting nail depressed molar in different vertical facial skeletal types for mandibular and soft tissue. Methods From November 2007 to January 2014， the patients need depressed long molars.in Orthodontics of Medicine Affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Zhejiang University School were selected tobe a retrospective study. According to the SN-MP angle （SN-MP≥38°、29°SN-MP38°、SN-MP≤29°）， the patients were divided into high angle group， average angle group and low angle group. The mandibular and soft tissue related indicators before and after depression molars were measured by Win Cehp 8.0 software. The bone and soft tissue profile changes before and after depression molars of different vertical facial skeletal type patients were compared. Results The patients in high angle group， after depression molars， the SNB angle were increased significantly， ANB angle were decreased significantly， the mandibular plane angle were decreased from preoperative （43.42±3.63）° to （40.42±3.40）° （P0.05）. While the convex surface angle were decreased， Z angle were increased， the soft tissue profile of patients were improved. The patients in average angle group and low angle group， after depression molars the mandibular and soft tissue related indicators were not changed significantly.
