网络新媒体在医院文化建设中应用 　　[摘要] 当前网络新媒体已经与医院文化建设紧密地联系在一起，成为传播与宣传医院与医疗状况的重要媒体。不过当前很多网络新媒体在医疗事件的报道中存在偏颇状况，使得部分患者对医护人员产生了不信任、误解，对治疗产生了不好的影响，不利于我国建立良好的医疗环境。本文首先分析了网络新媒体传播的基本特征，然后探讨了医院文化与媒体舆论导向状况，论述了网络新媒体传播体系下医院文化建设的要求与价值，最后提出了网络新媒体传播体系下医院文化建设的对策：将危机管理融入医院文化建设、正面引导危机处置、积极提高医院文化建设质量。 　　[关键词] 网络新媒体；医院；文化建设；危机管理 　　[中图分类号] R19 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）05（a）-0154-04 　　Application of new network media in hospital cultural construction 　　1.Party Committee Office， Beijing Tongren Hospital， Capital Medical University， Beijing 100730， China； 2.Office of the Director， Beijing Tongren Hospital， Capital Medical University， Beijing 100730， China 　　[Abstract] At present， network new media has been closely linked with the construction of hospital culture， and become an important medium for the dissemination and promotion of hospital and medical conditions. However， there are some unfair reports about medical events， making mistrust and misunderstanding between doctors and patients， which bring a bad effect on the treatment and are not conducive to the establishment of a good medical environment. The paper firstly analyzes the basic spread characteristics of network new media， then discusses the hospital culture and the media in guiding public opinion， and discusses the value and requirements of the hospital culture construction under the network new media communication system. Finally， the paper puts forward some countermeasures for the construction of hospital culture： the crisis management is integrated into the hospital culture， with positively crisis management， to promote the cultural construction of hospital quality. 　　[Key words] New media； Hospitals； Cultural construction； Crisis management 　　?S着网络时代的到来，医院信息传播与文化建设也受到了前所未有的关注，这无形中对医院文化建设产生强大的舆论监督态势[1]。并且在以网络技术为核心的信息传播技术的推动下，医院文化建设日新月异，新闻信息生产和传播方式发生了重大演变。特别是随着手机功能的逐渐完善与增多，极大地提升了信息传播的速度，丰富了信息传播的内容。因此在网络新媒体传播体系下，医院文化建设怎样以自身的角色定位，做到新闻传播与舆论引导的有机统一，是医院文化体系必须直面的问题。特别是微博与微信作为新媒体时代的“微产物”，抢占新兴媒体市场，拓宽传播渠道，创新传播方式，对社会造成极大的影响力[2]。本文为此具
