稽留流产行米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗临床疗效分析 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨稽留流产行米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗的临床效果。方法：选取2013年 　　1月-2015年1月本院妇科收治的600例稽留流产患者作为研究对象，将其根据临床治疗方案的不同分为对照组与观察组，每组300例。对照组给予单纯米索前列醇治疗，观察组给予米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗，分析比较两组疗效、出血量、二次清宫及不良反应等的发生情况。结果：观察组总有效率高于对照组，妊娠物娩出时间及出血量均少于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：稽留流产行米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗的临床效果显著，胚囊自然排出率大，出血量少，安全性高，不良反应少，可有效降低二次清宫率，减轻患者痛苦，减少对机体的损伤，促使患者尽快恢复健康，具有较高临床应用价值。 　　【关键词】 稽留流产； 米非司酮； 米索前列醇 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion.Method：Six hundred patients with missed abortion in the gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the different treatment methods，300 cases in each group.The control group was only given Misoprostol and the observation group was given Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol.The treatment effect，blood loss and the incidence situation of secondary complete curettage of uterine cavity and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result：The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group，the delivery duration of pregnancy thing and the blood loss of the observation group were less than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Mifepristone combined with Misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion has remarkable clinical efficacy.It features with great probability of embryo sac natural discharge，less blood loss，high safety and less adverse reactions.It can effectively decrease the rate of secondary complete curettage of uterine cavity，relieve the suffering of patients，reduce the damage to the body and prompt the health recovery of patients as early as possible.It has high clinical application value. 　　【Key words】 Missed abortion； Mifepristone； Misoprostol 　　First-author’s address：Shenzhen Shajing Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou M
