立止血在治疗上消化道出血中临床应用 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨立止血在治疗上消化道出血中的止血作用及临床应用。方法 回顾性分析我院自2008年1月至2009年12月共收治上消化道86例患者,随机分为治疗组43例,对照组43例,分别采用立止血和奥美拉唑(洛赛克)+氨甲苯酸(止血芳酸)治疗,进行临床观察。结果 进行疗效判定,治疗组显效24 例,占55.9%,有效17例,占39.5%,无效2例,占4.6%,总有效率为95.4%;对照组显效22 例,占51.1%,有效16例,占37.2%,无效5例,占11.7%,总有效率为88.3%;就出血率比较,治疗后24 h继续出血率无显著差异性,治疗后24~48 h与72 h继续出血人数及出血率治疗组明显低于对照组(P0.05),两组之间有明显的差异显著性。有13例患者出现不同程度的腹痛、排便次数增多,恶心、头晕等症状,减少或停止药物用量后,症状消失;没有出现任何心、肝、肾等不良反应和并发症。结论 立止血具有止血快,维持时间长,而且使用方便、安全,不良反应少,值得在临床中推广使用。 　　【关键词】 立止血;抑酸剂;上消化道出血 　　 　　作者单位:510700广州市中山大学附属第一医院黄埔院区 　　 　　Sets up the hematischesis to treat in the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage the clinical practice 　　 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective The discussion sets up the hematischesis to treat in the upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage the hematischesis function and the clinical practice.Methods The review analyzes my courtyard ~2009 year in December altogether to admit on the digestive tract 86 example patients from January, 2008, divides into the treatment group 43 examples stochastically, the control group 43 examples, uses separately sets up hematischesis and the Luo river match gram + stops bleeding the fragrant acid treatment, carries on the clinical observation.Results Carries on the curative effect determination, the treatment group shows results 24 examples, accounts for 55.9%, the effective 17 examples, account for 39.5%, the invalid 2 examples, account for 4.6%, the total effectiveness is 95.4%;The control group shows results 22 examples, accounts for 51.1%, the effective 16 examples, account for 37.2%, the invalid 5 examples, account for 11.7%, the total effectiveness is 88.3%;On the hemorrhage rate comparison, treats the latter 24 hours to continue the hemorrhage rate not remarkable difference, Treats the latter 24~48 hours to continue with 72 hours to bleed the population and the hemorrhage rate treatment group is lower than the control group obviously (P0.05), Between two groups has the obvious difference significance.
