纽扣钢板与皮质螺钉治疗下胫腓分离疗效分析 　　[摘要]目的 比较采用纽扣钢板治疗和皮质螺钉固定治疗下胫腓联合分离的临床效果。 方法 选取2013年5月～2015年2月本院治疗的100例下胫腓联合分离患者，其中采用纽扣钢板（治疗组）与皮质螺钉（对照组）治疗的患者各50例，根据AOFAS足踝评分、手术临床指标及并发症发生率评价两种手术方式的治疗效果。 结果 治疗组手术优良率为92.0%，对照组手术优良率为66.0%，治疗组明显高于对照组且差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 经纽扣钢板内固定手术与皮质螺钉内固定手术治疗下胫腓联合分离后并发症发生率均较低，相对而言纽扣钢板内固定手术治疗效果更佳，优良率较高。 　　[关键词]纽扣钢板；皮质螺钉；胫腓分离；踝关节骨折；踝关节分离 　　[中图分类号] R683 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）24-24-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect between button steel plate and cortex screw fixation in the treatment of separation of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis union. Methods 100 patients with separation of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis union， who were treated in our hospital from May 2013 to February 2015， were selected and were divided into treatment group treated with button steel plate treatment， and control group treated with cortex screw treatment， with 50 cases in each group. To evaluate the treatment effect between the two operation methods according to AOFAS foot and ankle score， clinical index of operation， and incidence of complications. Results The excellent and good rate of operation in treatment group（92.0%） was obviously higher than which in control group（66.0%）， the clinical operation index of the straightness of dorsal ankle and etc. after treatment of patients in treatment group was significantly better than which in control group， the differences were statically significant（P0.05）.
