米索前列醇配合一次性宫腔组织吸引管在人流中应用 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.17.37 　　摘要目的：观察米索前列醇配合一次性宫腔组织吸引管用于人工流产术的镇痛效果。方法：自愿要求人工流产的早孕妇女200例，孕周6～10周，按照自愿使用何种手术的原则分为观察组和对照组，每组100例。观察组术前1小时舌下含服米索前列醇200μg，1小时后使用一次性宫腔组织吸引管行人工流产术；对照组则使用传统人工流产术。观察两组术中患者疼痛及出血情况。结果：两组术中疼痛程度及人工流产综合征发生率差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：早孕人工流产术中应用米索前列醇配合一次性宫腔组织吸引管具有良好镇痛效果，创伤小、经济、安全，值得临床推广。 　　关键词米索前列醇一次性宫腔组织吸引管人工流产 　　The application of misoprostol combined with disposable uterine cavity tissue suction tube used in artificial abortion 　　Zhang Youfang 　　Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，the People’s Hospital of Bacheng，Kunshan City，Jiangsu 215311 　　AbstractObjective：To observe the analgesic effect of misoprostol and disposable uterine cavity tissue suction tube used in artificial abortion.Methods：200 early pregnancy women who request artificial abortion voluntarily were selected，gestational age of 6～10 weeks.They were divided into the observation group and the control group according to operation principle of voluntary，100 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with misoprostol 200μg sublingually 1 hours before operation，then used disposable uterine cavity tissue suction tube in artificial abortion after 1 hours.The control group were treated with the traditional artificial abortion.Observe the pain and bleeding in two groups.Results：The pain and the incidence of induced abortion syndrome in two groups were significantly difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Misoprostol and disposable uterine cavity tissue suction tube used in artificial abortion has good analgesic effect，and it also small trauma，economic and safe，so it is worthy of clinical promotion. 　　Key wordsMisoprostol；Disposable uterine cavity tissue suction tube；Artificial abortion 　　我国目前普遍采用人工负压吸引术进行人工流产，该手术方法用时短，操作简单，效果显著，但是通常会给患者造成极大的痛苦，尤其是对于未产妇以及有剖宫产史的妇女，手术过程中扩宫困难，严重者还可引发人工流产综合征，造成手术中断。由于无痛人工流产技术的出现，人流过程中的疼痛问题得到解决，但是该手段需要对患者实施全身麻醉，对于人力、物力、费用的投入较高，并不能被广泛接受。本研究采用米索前列醇结合使用一次性宫腔组织吸引管，在临床进行人工流产术的过程中实现了减创减痛，效果满意，现报告如下。 　　资料与方法 　　选择200例接受人工流产术的早
