网络环境下城市医院信息资源共享对乡镇医院发展促进作用 　　[摘要] 优势医疗资源相对集中于城市大医院，乡镇中小医院人才及医疗技术资源相对缺乏，诊治力量较薄弱、留不住患者、基层医院信息化建设相对滞后，是目前我国医院较普遍存在的现状。网络环境下区域医学信息资源共享并开展协同化医疗服务，可以改善这种资源和配置的不均衡状况，有利于提高基层医院医生的医疗水平、对缓解患者就医难起到积极作用。本文以区域影像信息资源共享为切入点，探索在网络环境下城市大医院与基层乡镇医院之间建立信息资源共享，使基层乡镇医院不受空间和时间上的限制，方便快捷地获得大医院医疗资源的支持，有效降低百姓的医疗成本，同时获得高质量的医疗服务的有关情况。 　　[关键词] 网络；区域医疗； 信息资源共享 　　[中图分类号] G258.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）20-0118-04 　　The promoting effect of city hospital to promote the rural hospitals development of the information resources sharing under the network environment 　　YIN Xiaoli1 XIANG Bin2 TAO Zhengming2 FANG Shu1 DU Jicheng1 LIN Tifeng3 　　1.Library， Wenzhou Central Hospital，Zhejiang，Wenzhou 325005，China；2.Zhejiang Subtropical Crops Research Institute，Wenzhou 325005，China；3.Hospital Office，the Second Peoples Hospital of Cangnan County，Cangnan 325800，China 　　[Abstract] The advantages of medical resources are concentrated in large urban hospitals， the relative lack of resources in rural primary hospital personnel and medical technology，the strength is weak， unable to retain the patients，primary hospital informatization construction is lagging behind. The regional medical information resources sharing under the network environment and carry out the cooperative medical service，unbalanced condition can improve the allocation of resources ，conducive to improve the primary hospital medical treatment level， to alleviate the patient to play a positive role. This paper takes the regionalimage information resources sharing as the starting point， explore theestablishment of information resources sharing under the network environment between city hospital and township hospital， the townshiphospital without the restrictions of space， convenient and quick access to large hospital resources support， effectively reduce the cost of peoples health， and obtain high quality the medical services of the situation. 　　[Key words] Network；Regional medical；Information resources sharing 　　随着经济的不断发展，人们对健康的重视程度越来越高
