系统性心理护理对膀胱癌患者负性情绪影响 　　摘 要：目的：研究系统心理护理对膀胱癌患者负性心理情绪的影响。方法：选择我科室近两年收治的36例膀胱癌患者，采用焦虑量表和抑郁自评量表、生活质量评定量表对患者实施系统性心理护理干预前后的抑郁、焦虑状况进行测评。结果：36例患者干预后的抑郁、焦虑得分均明显低于干预前，差异均有统计学意义（P值均0.05）。结论：系统性心理护理对于改善膀胱癌患者焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪有一定的价值，利于患者预后。 　　关键词：心理护理；膀胱癌；抑郁；焦虑 　　Abstract：Objective To study the influence of the system of psychological nursing on the negative psychological mood of patients with bladder cancer.
