安徽省 安徽省高校教师体育生活方式和生活满意度关系的研究 英文摘要 PAGE PAGE IV On the Relationship between College Teachers’ Physical Lifestyle and Degree of Life Satisfaction Abstract With the rapid development of social productive forces, college teachers’ lifestyle is changing greatly. Sports culture has become an important part of people’s life. Though college teachers’ social status has been improved to a certain extent, they are now facing the stress of diplomas and academic titles, and thus the degree of life satisfaction has been actually lowered. Since the degree of life satisfaction is an important index to assess quality of life, this article studies the relationship between physical lifestyle and degree of life satisfaction through the analysis of how physical life promotes health and improves the degree of life satisfaction. The subjects of the research are 575 college teachers in Anhui Province. They were asked to fill in questionnaires on the degree of life satisfaction and physical life. The article analyzes the relationship between physical lifestyle and degree of life satisfaction by the methods of documentation, interview, questionnaire and statistics. The results show that: College teachers vary greatly in the frequency and time of taking physical exercise according to their gender, age, academic title and administrative rank (P 0.05). More male teachers take physical exercise than females; elder teachers take physical exercise more frequently; young teachers spend more hours each time on physical exercise. The main places they choose to take exercise are college stadiums. With the improvement in life standard, a growing number of teachers choose to exercise in the stadiums which charge. Most of the physical exercise items are items with little fund input. The college teachers’ degree of life satisfaction is low, averaging 3.33 points.
