安徽省竞技体育发展战略研究 万方数据 Fourth, the latest good experiences of the competitive sports of Anhui Province are displaying the advantages of the system of national feature, formulating the strategies and plans, attaching importance on the reform of management system, doing control on the traditional projects outlaying, introducing outstanding athlete of other districts, improving the training of backup athletes, and so on. Fifth, the main problems existing in the competitive sports of Anhui Province are in lack of new management system and running system, and the difficulty in implementing the management mode of “the combination of sports and teaching”, the unsatisfied capability of athletes and coaches, the unscientific structure of the backup athletes, the reduction of primary training ability, the unqualified control work on the projects outlaying, the lack of strong influence in provincial wide, and the low level of sports socialization and industrialization. Sixth, this thesis makes up a set of development strategy for competitive sports of Anhui Province during the post-Olympic time, and raises the guidance, the policy, the basic objection, the main tasks and some corresponding measures.
