腹腔镜治疗腹股沟疝体会及效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析腹腔镜在腹股沟疝疾病中的临床应用价值，总结不同腹腔镜手术方式对腹股沟疝患者病情产生的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院收治的腹股沟疝患者38例，按照随机分配法分为对照组和观察组，各19例。对照组实施腹腔镜下完全腹膜前修补术，观察组实施腹腔镜下完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术。比较两组手术治疗效果、并发症的发生及手术情况（包括手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及费用）。结果：两组治疗总有效率、术中出血量、住院时间、住院费用及并发症总发生率比较，差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组手术时间长于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：两种腹腔镜下手术方法治疗腹股沟疝疾病均效果显著，有利于患者病情的恢复和疾病的预后，临床价值高，可作为临床治疗腹股沟疝疾病的首选手术方案，值得在临床上推行。 　　【关键词】 腹股沟疝； 腹腔镜治疗； 对比体会 　　doi：10.14033/ki.cfmr.2017.36.012 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）36-0026-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical value of laparoscopy in inguinal hernia disease and summarize the effect of different laparoscopic methods on the incidence of inguinal hernia patients.Method：38 patients with inguinal hernia treated in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to random assignment.The control group was underwent laparoscopic complete retroperitoneal repair，the observation group underwent laparoscopic complete retroperitoneal inguinal hernia repair.Compared the effect of surgical treatment，complications and surgical conditions（including the operation time，intraoperative blood loss，hospital stay and fees）.Result：Compared with the total effective rate，intraoperative blood loss，hospital stay and fees and total incidence of complications between the two groups，there were no significant differences（P0.05）.The operation time of the control group was longer than that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Two kinds of laparoscopic treatment of inguinal hernia has a significant effect，which is beneficial to the recovery of the patients’ condition and the prognosis of the disease；the clinical value is high，which can be used as the first choice for the clinical treatment of inguinal hernia disease. 　　【Key words】 Inguinal hernia； Laparoscopic treatment； Comparison experience 　　First-author’s address：Lukou Street Community Health Service Center of Jiangning District in Nanjing City，Nanjing 211113，China
