In our previous studies，we have examined a v缸le可 of polymer modifiers for aspha1t. By contrast，little research has focused on the preparation process，such as preparation time，preparation temperature and shear rate. Moreover，adding moderate zinc diethyl di由iocarbamaate (ZDC)to address the agi丑g problem of modi:fier aspha1t. This paper describes the effect of preparation tempera阳re on aging the properties of WPE-modified asp且a1t. The experimenta1 materi a1s were characterized using Infrared spectroscopy σTIR)，Fluorescence Microscope，1ηhermo.唰-帽唰帽 gr and Diffe町ren1况t咀时i挝a1 Sc扭咀n吨g Ca1Qrimeter (口ρSC). The physic a1 properties were determined by conducting asphalt penetration ，softening point and ductili守 tests. The results of 由is study show 也at increasing the preparation tempera阳re results in an increased the softening point of WPE-modified aspha1t while the penetration and ductility decreased. In addition，也is variation was accentuated wi由 aging of the experimental materials. The modification process of WPE is a physica1 process. Duri丑g the asphalt modification process ，the WPE aged as the preparation tempera阳re increased.τhe results revealed that since 1900C the aging degree deepens obviously and the post aging asphalt demonstrated improved high tempera阳re stability. Adding ZDC to improve the anti-aging properties of modi丑ed aspha1t，the results of the experiments showed that，there is no si但ificant change in softening point and ducti丑句T of WPE-modified aspha1t，except the pene位ation of WPE-modified aspha1t.
