美托洛尔治疗风湿性心脏病心力衰竭临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨β1受体阻滞剂美托洛尔治疗风湿性心脏病引发心力衰竭的临床效果。 方法 选取本院收治的36例风湿性心脏病患者，随机分为对照组与治疗组，对照组18例给予常规强心、利尿、扩血管治疗，治疗组18例在对照组治疗基础上给予美托洛尔口服，始服剂量为12.5 mg，2次/d，每2周剂量加倍直至目标剂量。半年随访治疗，观察比较两组患者的心功能改善情况。 结果 治疗组患者的总有效率高于对照组，再住院率和病死率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者的左室舒张末内径（LVD）、左室收缩末内径（LVS）、心率、舒张压均降低，左室射血分数（LVEF）均升高，治疗组改善效果明显优于对照组（P0.05）。 结论 在常规治疗基础上加用β1受体阻滞剂美托洛尔治疗风湿性心脏病心力衰竭，安全简便，提高了临床疗效。 　　[关键词] 美托洛尔；风湿性心脏病；心力衰竭 　　[中图分类号] R972 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）11（b）-0030-02 　　Clinical effect analysis of metoprolol in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease cardiac failure 　　HU Xi-jiang1 SHAO Wei2 　　1.Department of Cardiology，People′s Hospital of Laibin City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，Laibin 546100，China；2.Department of Neonatology，People′s Hospital of Laibin City in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，Laibin 546100，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical effect of β1 receptor blockers metoprolol in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease lead to cardiac failure.Methods 36 cases of patients with rheumatic heart disease were divided into two groups randomly，the control group （18 cases） was given strong heart，diuresis，expansion of blood vessels，the treatment group （18 cases） was given metoprolol based on the control group according to 12.5 mg doses in the beginning and 2 times/d oral，were taken double dose every two weeks until the target dose.After six months follow-up，cardiac function improvement of two groups was observed and compared.Results After treatment，the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group，the rate of hospitalization and mortality was lower than that of control group，the difference was significant （P0.05）.The LVD，LVS，heart rate，diastolic pressure of two groups after treatment was lower than that of before treatment，LVEF of two groups was improved，the effect of treatment group was better than that of control group respectively （P0.05）.Conclusion The foundation treatment combined with β1 receptor
