老年带状疱疹后神经痛多种因素分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨老年带状疱疹后神经痛的多种因素情况。 方法 分析我院收治的60例带状疱疹患者临床资料，依据是否发生神经痛分为非神经痛带状疱疹组即A组50例，带状疱疹并神经痛组即B组10例。 结果 两组带状疱疹患者前驱痛、皮损类型、疼痛程度、初治时间的比例情况具有明显差异（P ＜ 0.05）。两组带状疱疹患者性别、发热、受累神经比例无明显差异（P＞ 0.05）。 结论 有无前驱痛、皮损类型、疼痛程度、初治时间与带状疱疹后神经痛的发生有关，为指导临床治疗提供可靠的理论依据。 　　[关键词] 老年；带状疱疹；神经痛；因素 　　[中图分类号] R752.12#8195;#8195;#8195;[文献标识码] A#8195;#8195;#8195;[文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）11-50-03 　　 　　Analysis of multiple factors of postherpetic neuralgia in elderly patients 　　WANG#8195;Chunli1#8195;#8195;WEN#8195;Rongrong2#8195;#8195;ZHANG#8195;Yunlin3 　　1.Dinghui Temple Cadres Sanitarium of Air Force, Beijing 100036,China; 2.Military Commandment General Equipment Military Representative Office, Beijing Air Force, Beijing 100071,China; 3.Health Cadre Training Center, General Hospital of Jinan Military District, Jinan 250000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the multiple factors of postherpetic neuralgia in elderly patients. Methods Clinical information of 60 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to our hospital was analyzed. The patients were divided into the non-neuralgia herpes zoster group (group A) with 50 patients and the herpes zoster plus neuralgia group (group B) with 10 patients based on whether neuralgia occurred or not. Results The two groups of patients with herpes zoster were significantly different in the proportions of prodromal pain, type of skin lesions, degree of pain and time of initial treatment, with statistically significant differences (P＜ 0.05). The two groups of patients with herpes zoster were not significantly different in the proportions of gender, fever and involved nerves (P＞ 0.05).
