华 中 科 技 大 学 硕 士 学 位 论 文 II Abstract So far, high education of our country has entered a stage of popular education, the development of colleges and universities has encountered a bottleneck, how to break through the existing system or the development mode, in response to the call of country, to response “why our school always not cultivate outstanding talents”, to reform higher education in China to explore a feasible road, each college spreads out in practice. This paper expounds the innovation education theories, summarizes the top- talents growth law, mainly includes the inexorable law, vector law and the state law of vector; summarizes the top-talents? personnel of the common features, including perfecting personality, comprehensive cultural quality, outstanding innovation ability; analysis of the top-talents? training influence factors, mainly includes the aspect of society, school, teacher, student factors. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper studies the Huazhong University of Science and Technology of top-talents training characteristics, including intrinsic characteristics, external characteristics and cultivation characteristics of a stage. Huazhong University of Science and Technology top-talents training of inherent characteristics including organization construction, style of study, cultural atmosphere. The school of top-talents training organizations including the administration and student organization, management institution has high school leaders, also has industry involved, fully embodies the talents of social organization; students are divided into three categories: the innovation experiment class, innovation team and learning special.
