西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 安康供电分公司生产调度楼设计研究 专 业：建筑学硕士 硕 士 生：刘奇洋 指导教师：沈西平 高级建筑师 摘 要 近些年随着中国经济逐年发展，城镇化的进程也在逐年推进，城市偏远的一 些县、镇也抓住机遇得到了发展，规模扩张，人口增长，然而仍然有许多县、镇 得不到发展，原因之一便是居民生活用电的供应跟不上发展的步伐。就拿陕西省 来说，偏远地区的居民生活用电主要靠陕西省地方电力（集团）有限公司供应， 该企业以投资建设运营电网为核心业务，为城市的发展提供电力保障，承担着城 市居民生产、生活电力供应的使命。近些年随着县、镇的不断发展，供电需求量 增加，企业规模也逐年增大，原有的办公空间已不能跟不上企业发展的需要，需 要建设一批新的调度楼来满足使用需要，所以笔者挑选了此类企业的电力调度楼 这一类型的建筑作为研究对象。 笔者首先查阅了有关电力调度楼这一类型建筑的相关文献，发现只有少数的 实际案例的概述，并没有有关建筑设计方面的系统性的理论知识；笔者实地调研 了该公司位于陕西省境内各城市的市级调度楼，仔细分析了调研对象的总体布局、 平面设计、立面造型和外部环境设计，总结出了有关此类建筑目前存在的主要问 题。然后笔者根据自己亲身参与的实际项目的总体布局设计、平面空间设计、造 型设计、外部环境设计方面，系统分析了此类建筑在设计时需要重点考虑的问题。 文章最后系统总结了供电公司调度楼这一类型建筑不同于一般办公楼的设计 要点，期望对今后同类型建筑的设计研究提供参考。 关键词：供电公司调度楼；方案设计； 形象设计；环境设计；设计要点   The Design Research of Dispatching Building of AnKang Power Supply Company Specialty: Master of Architecture Candidate: Liu Qiyang Supervisor: Prof. Shen Xiping Abstract In recent years, with the economic development Chinese year by year, the process of urbanization inadvancing year by year, some county, city remote town also seize the opportunity to obtain the development, the expansion of the scale, population growth, however, there are still many county, the towns development, one of the reasons is the residents living electricity supply can not keep up the pace of development.
