葛酮通络胶囊治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变并发脑梗死后遗症康复治疗作用 　　[摘要] 目的 分析葛酮通络胶囊治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变并发脑梗死后遗症的康复治疗作用。方法 选择该院收治的糖尿病性周围神经病变并发脑梗死后遗症患者作为研究对象，共120例，患者的收治时间在2015年5月―2016年5月期间，随机分成实验组和对照组，实验组和对照组分别采取葛酮通络胶囊治疗和血塞通片治疗。 结果 实验组的治疗总有效率为93.33%，高于对照组的73.33%（P0.05）；实验组的神经传导速度、神经病变计分及血液流变学均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 葛酮通络胶囊治疗糖尿病性周围神经病变并发脑梗死后遗症康复作用显著。 　　[关键词] 葛酮通络胶囊；糖尿病性周围神经病变；脑梗死后遗症 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）01（a）-0079-02 　　Getong Tongluo Capsules in Treatment of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy and Sequelae of Cerebral Infarction 　　GAO Yan-bo 　　Endocrinology Department， Baotou Central Hospital， Baotou， Inner Mongolia， 014040 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the rehabilitation treatment effect of Getong Tongluo capsules in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and sequelae of cerebral infarction. Methods 120 cases of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and sequelae of cerebral infarction admitted and treated in our hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups， the experimental group were treated with Getong Tongluo capsules， while the control group were treated with Xuesaitong tablets. Results The total treatment effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group（93.33% vs 73.33%）（P0.05）， and the nerve conduction velocity， nerve disease score and hemorheology in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P0.05）.
