芩连芷柏汤化裁治疗妊娠期智齿冠周炎疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的：观察分析芩连芷柏汤化裁治疗妊娠期智齿冠周炎的临床效果。方法：选取本院2013年1月-2015年8月期间收治的200例妊娠期智齿冠周炎患者，根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组，每组100例。对照组给予常规治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予岑连芷柏汤化裁治疗，对两组患者的临床治疗效果予以观察比较。结果：两组患者治疗后的疼痛视觉模拟（VAS）评分明显下降，并且观察组VAS评分低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组治疗总有效率为97%，明显高于对照组的79%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对妊娠期智齿冠周炎患者实施岑连芷柏汤化裁治疗，能够显著减轻患者疼痛，提高患者生活质量及临床疗效，是一种值得临床选用与推广的治疗方法。 　　【关键词】 妊娠期； 智齿冠周炎； 芩连芷柏汤化裁； 临床疗效 　　Observation of Qinlian Zhi Bai Decoction Treatment for Pericoronitis in Period of Pregnancy/WU Pei-chun，WU Xiao-ping.//Medical Innovation of China，2016，13（09）：099-101 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe and analyze the Qinlian Zhi Bai Decoction on clinical effect of pregnancy pericoronitis.Method：200 patients with pericoronitis of wisdom tooth during pregnancy were selected in our hospital from January 2013 to August 2015，according to the methods of treatment they were divided into the control group and the observation group，100 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment，and the observation group in the conventional treatment based on Qinlian Zhi Bai Decoction treatment，the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients were observed and compared.Result：The pain visual analogue score （VAS）of two groups were significantly decreased，and the VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 97%，which was significantly higher than 79% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Implements to the pregnancy patients with pericoronitis of wisdom tooth Qinlian Zhi Bai Decoction in the treatment can significantly reduce the pain of patients and improve the quality of life of the patients and clinical efficacy，it is worthy of clinical use and promotion of the treatment. 　　【Key words】 Pregnancy； Pericoronitis； Qinlian Zhi Bai Decoction； Clinical curative effect 　　First
