脂代谢指标联合血清CEACA19―9检测对诊断结直肠癌临床意义 　　【摘要】 目的：分析结直肠癌诊断中脂代谢指标联合癌胚抗原（CEA）及糖类抗原19-9（CA19-9）的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析80例健康体检者及80例结直肠癌患者的临床资料，以健康体检者为对照组，以结直肠癌患者为观察组，分析两组总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、CEA及CA19-9的差异，同时分析脂代谢指标联合CEA及CA19-9对结直肠癌的诊断价值。结果：观察组TG、CEA及CA19-9水平分别为（3.31±1.05）mmol/L、（43.31±18.08）μg/L及（90.55±31.79）U/mL明显高于对照组，同时观察组TC、HDL-C及LDL-C分别为（1.53±0.31）、（0.88±0.26）及（1.19±0.29）mmol/L低于对照组（P0.05）。同时，在结直肠癌的诊断中，脂代谢指标联合CEA及CA19-9具有着更好的诊断灵敏度、特异性、准确性及诊断价值。结论：在结直肠癌的诊断中，脂代谢指标联合CEA及CA19-9具有着较高的诊断价值，可用于临床的辅助诊断。 　　【关键词】 脂代谢指标； 血清CEA； 血清CA19-9； 结直肠癌 　　Clinical Diagnosis Significance of Serum CEA and CA19-9 for Colorectal Cancer/LAI Yuling，HUANG Lifang，LU Jianhua，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（35）：074-077 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the clinical diagnosis significance of serum CEA and CA19-9 for colorectal cancer.Method：80 cases of healthy physical examination（the control group） and 80 patients with colorectal cancer（the observation group） were selected.Total cholesterol（TC），triglyceride（TG），high-density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C），low density lipoprotein cholesterol（LDL-C），CEA and CA19-9 between two groups.And the clinical diagnosis significance of serum CEA and CA19-9 for colorectal cancer were analyzed. 　　Result：TG，CEA and CA19-9 of the observation group were respectively（3.31±1.05）mmol/L，（43.31±18.08）μg/L 　　and （90.55±31.79）U/mL significantly higher than those of the control group，the levels of TC，HDL-C and LDL-C of the observation group were respectively（1.53±.031），（0.88±0.26） and （1.19±0.29）mmol/L lower than those of the control group（P0.05）.At the same time，in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer，lipid metabolism index combined with CEA and CA19-9 had better diagnostic sensitivity，specificity，accuracy and diagnostic value.Conclusion：In the diagnosis of colorectal cancer，lipid metabolism index combined with CEA and CA19-9 have a high diagnostic value，which can be used for clinical adjuvant diagnosis. 　　【Key words】 Lipid metabolism index
