胫腓骨骨折应用交锁髓内钉与外固定支架治疗效果研究 　　摘要：目的 探讨胫腓骨骨折患者采取交锁髓内钉与外固定支架治疗的效果。方法 选择我院接诊的胫腓骨骨折患者70例作为研究对象，随机分为两组各35例。对照组患者采取外固定支架治疗，研究组则采取交锁髓内钉治疗，观察记录两组患者临床效果与并发症发生率，并对比分析。结果 研究组总有效率为94.28%，显著高于对照组（P0.05）；两组均有并发症发生，研究组发生率显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论 胫腓骨骨折患者采取交锁髓内钉治疗，比外固定支架治疗疗效更好，且安全性更高，值得借鉴。 　　关键词：胫腓骨骨折；交锁髓内钉；外固定支架；效果 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the patients with fracture of tibia and fibula take effect of interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixator. Methods 70 cases with fracture of tibia and fibula as the research object in our hospital，were randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each group.The control group were treated with external fixation treatment，the study group was taken to locking nail nail treatment，observed two groups of patients with clinical effect and incidence of complications，and comparative analysis.Results The total effective rate of study group was 94.28%， significantly higher than the control group（P0.05）；two group had complications，occurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The patients with fracture of tibia and fibula to take interlocking intramedullary nail treatment，curative effect is better than external fixation，and high safety，is worthy of reference. 　　Key words：Tibia and fibula fracture；Interlocking intramedullary nail；External fixator；Effect 　　胫腓骨骨折属于骨科比较常见的骨折疾病，大部分是因高处坠落或者重物撞击等所致，若临床处理不当，极易发生骨折延迟愈合、感染、骨不连等，甚至造成骨髓炎、畸形等[1]。外固定支架术与交锁髓内钉是治疗本病常用方法，两种方案治疗胫腓骨骨折有自己的优点与缺点，但从以往临床研究报告来看，认为交锁髓内钉治疗效果要更好一些。为了进一步比较这两种方案的效果，我院针对接诊的70例胫腓骨骨折患者实施了研究，分别采取交锁髓内钉与外固定支架治疗，现将结果报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1一般资料 选取2014年1月～2016年6月我院接诊的胫腓骨骨折患者70例，均为有完整临床资料，确诊符合胫腓骨骨折诊断标准[2]，签署知情同意书，排除严重心肝肾等脏器病变患者，随机分为两组，每组35例。对照组男21例，女14例，年龄19～65岁，平均年龄（47.8±1.5）岁；左侧18例，右侧17例；高处坠落11例，交通事故10例，压砸伤10例，其他4例。研究组男22例，女13例，年龄18～63岁，平均年龄（47.2±1.8）岁；左侧19例，右侧16例；高处坠落10例，交通事故10例，压砸伤11例，其他4例。两组患者在一般资料上比较无明显差异（P0.05），具有可比性。 　　1.2方法 　　1.2.1对照组 采取外固定支架术治疗，全麻后清创，于X线引导下牵引复位，闭合性骨折则采取闭合复位外固定支架处理，复杂性骨折则切开复位后外给予外固定支架固定处理。将骨折端为中心做切口，充分暴露骨折端后，用螺
